Open Freshdesk and open a ticket
Click on the following link:
https://ticket.viviennewestwood.com/support/login
On the web page click on the “Are you a customer? Login Here” button
If it asks you your credentials put the Microsoft office 365 credentials (your work email followed by the password).
Then you will see the following page:
Click on the Ticket voice, and you will see this page:
Click on: “New support ticket”, to open a new ticket. (see the the "Open a new Ticket" guide for more information on how to open a new ticket).
