1. On the home screen of the ticket website, you can select to go to “Tickets” at the top of the page, or to “Check ticket status” on the left.
2.Once the page has loaded, you should see the words “Open or Pending” which has a drop-down menu next to it. Click here.
3. You will see the following list of options, you can either select “All Tickets” which will than show all Open, Resolved or Closed tickets. Otherwise, you can select “Resolved or Closed” to limit yourself to those options only.
4. You will now see the tickets visible, and their status to the right, you can then click on the ticket and then reply to it to reopen the ticket.
